Your program

Your training, experienced individually.

Your program, the way you designed it to be experienced.

  • Preserve stimulus, pacing, and progression automatically
  • No rewriting, no endless scaling notes, no manual programming forks
  • Improved retention: every workout is just hard enough, works with their equipment, and adapts to their schedule
  • Tools to visualize how your programming will be personalized
  • Insight into exercises you haven't programmed recently and muscles that are strained or overloaded
Under the hood

You write it once. ARDOR closes the loop.

You publish one workout. ARDOR rebuilds it for each athlete from their profile. Each logged result moves that profile toward what they actually did.

  1. Write the workout once: the format (for time, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, or strength), movements, reps and rounds, intensity, and your coach notes. Publish it to your program.

  2. On the scheduled day, ARDOR rebuilds it for each athlete from their profile: estimated maxes, one-minute capacity (what they can do fresh in one minute), pace fade, bodyweight, and the equipment in their gym.

  3. Each athlete trains against their own personal goal: a predicted finish time, rounds, or distance. They use the live tracker or log it afterwards, recording what they actually did: weights, reps, time, and rounds.

  4. Each result is compared with ARDOR's prediction: how far the athlete beat it or missed it, as a percentage. Leaderboards rank by that percentage against each athlete's own prediction, not by raw time.

  5. Each athlete's estimated maxes, one-minute capacity, pace fade, and level scores move toward what they actually did. After a miss, the next target eases a little more than it rises after a win. The next workout is built from there, and your original never changes.
