Staying consistent with fitness

At Ardor we believe above all else that consistency is the most important measuring tool of whether or not you are being successful in fitness. Simply put, 1 year of keeping fitness as part of your regular life is more important than what you do on any individual day.

And consisentcy gets way easier when you are:

  1. motivated to do something

  2. have a goal or challenge to target

We designed everything in Ardor with these two things in mind.

Being motivated

Rather than prescribing and telling people what to do, Ardor asks what are you motivated to do. What do you have around you, when are you free, how much energy do you have, and what kind of workout is of interest to you. It can build a month long program around this or go day by day. You change things when you want to. You can mix and match things that you like.

Want to learn something new? Great. Do more of what you are good at? Awesome. Practice some weaknesses? Easy. You decide as you go on what you like and how you want things. For when you are in the driver seat, you have more stake in where you go and what you do. You are more motivated

having a target

Ardor has been trained to predict how much you can lift, how many reps you can do, how fast you can do something, and what your endurance is like. What’s interesting about this is not only do you get refined and more accurate workouts the longer you use Ardor, you also get daily goals and targets to strive for. These targets change daily based on how you did the day before. So you are always competing against yourself from the past.

At Ardor, we love competition. And we think the healthiest competition is when you are trying to beat yourself and improve.

Try Ardor today for free and discover why consistency doesn’t come from being told what to do.
